Whitney Wildcats (Whitney, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Inspired Vision EAGLES (Dallas, TX), 65-6 in a league test.

With the triumph, Whitney improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to West (West, TX) to play the Trojans in a 3A-1 Region II District 7 contest on Friday, September 16. The Trojans go into the contest with a record of 1-1. West lost 21-15 in their recent non-league contest against Lorena (Lorena, TX)

Coming up next, the EAGLES play the Madison Trojans (Dallas, TX) in a 3A-1 Region II District 7 contest, on Friday, September 16. Inspired Vision will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 38-12 league win over Gateway Charter Academy (Dallas, TX).
