Texas High School Football - Longview smashes Tyler Legacy

The Longview Lobos (Longview, TX) football routed the host Tyler Legacy Raiders (Tyler, TX), 69-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Lobos face the Lufkin Panthers (Lufkin, TX) in a 5A-1 Region II District 7 bout, on Friday, September 16. Longview will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 31-17 non-league win over A&M Consolidated (College Station, TX).

The Raiders (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Texas (Texarkana, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Texas walloped Benton (Benton, LA), 46-35, in a non-league bout.
