North Carolina High School Football - Monroe trounces Montgomery Central

September 9, 2022: Troy, NC 27371

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Monroe Redhawks football squad scored a big 56-0 victory over the Montgomery Central Timberwolves.

In their next game, the Redhawks clash with the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 16. Monroe will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 30-12 non-league win over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC).

The Timberwolves (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Forest Hills (Marshville, NC). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Forest Hills routed Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC), 16-14, in a non-league match.
