In Friday's league match, the visiting Oakley Hornets football squad scored a big 56-14 victory over the Murtaugh Red Devils.
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Raft River Trojans (Malta, ID) in a 1A Snake River (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 16. Oakley will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 30-26 league win over Lighthouse Christian (Twin Falls, ID).
The Red Devils (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Valley (Hazelton, ID). The Vikings enter the 1A Snake River (8 Man) match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Valley was crushed by Glenns Ferry (Glenns Ferry, ID), 32-18, in a league match.
