North Carolina High School Football - Starmount topped by Pine Lake Prep

September 9, 2022: Boonville, NC 27011

The Starmount Rams football team (Boonville, NC), was beaten 21-2 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC)

The Pride (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptor come into the 1A/2A West Conference A challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Island Charter achieved victory over Union Academy (Monroe, NC), 27-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Stokes for a 1A West Conference 36 challenge on Friday, September 23.
