In Friday's league battle, the host Southside Christian Warriors soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Liberty Christian Academy Heat.
The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Living Water Christian (Jacksonville, NC). The Warriors come into the NCCSA AA District 4 - East Region battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Living Water Christian was nudged by Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC), 5-0, in a league battle.
