The Cardinals now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Silver Creek for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Elizabeth will clash with a Raptors team coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO). The Raptors record now stands at 5-5.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Rifle Bears (Rifle, CO) in a 4A Western Slope game, on Tuesday, September 13. Palisade will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 7-1 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Conifer (Conifer, CO).
