The Socorro Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Alamo Navajo Cougars to 2 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now possess a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legacy Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, September 10. Socorro will meet a Silverbacks team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Reserve (Reserve, NM). The Silverbacks record now stands at 3-1.

The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Reserve (Reserve, NM). The Mountaineers enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Reserve was nudged by Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 3-0, in a non-league game.
