Utah High School Volleyball - American Fork over Brighton

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) and the visiting Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT), saw American Fork's volleyball squad beat Brighton by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, American Fork upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Cavemen host Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT) to play the Sentinels in a non-league bout on Friday, September 9. The Sentinels go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Mountain Ridge won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Woods Cross (Woods Cross, UT)

The Bengals now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bonneville for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. Brighton will play a Lakers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT). The Lakers record now stands at 3-5.
