The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Hampton Park Christian (Greenville, SC) and the visiting Asheville School (Independent) Blues (Asheville, NC), saw Hampton Park Christian's volleyball squad beat Asheville School (Independent) by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Hampton Park Christian upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The travel to First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest (Greenville, SC) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 18. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 12-1.
The Blues now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin Road Christian for a non-league bout on Friday, September 9. Asheville School (Independent) will play a Minutemen squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Zion Christian Academy (Columbia, TN). The Minutemen record now stands at 2-1.
