California High School Volleyball - Bishop Montgomery over Fountain Valley

September 9, 2022: Torrance, CA 90503

In Friday's non-league contest, the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Yucaipa Thunderbirds (Yucaipa, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 10. Bishop Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a 5-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over La Habra (La Habra, CA).

The Barons now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Morgan for a non-league outing on Friday, September 9. Fountain Valley will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Green Canyon (North Logan, UT). The Trojans record now stands at 1-4.
