In Friday's non-league contest, the Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 12. Bolingbrook will attempt to better on its 14-3 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL).

With the loss, Normal Community drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Manual (Peoria, IL) to battle the Rams in a Big Twelve contest on Thursday, September 15. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 0-2.
