Arizona High School Volleyball - Centennial can't hold off Valley Christian

The Centennial Coyotes volleyball team (Peoria, AZ), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ)

The Trojans (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Mountain Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Ridge was edged by Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Coyotes encounter the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 9. Centennial will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ).
