The Orr Spartans topped the visiting North Lawndale Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's league test.

The Spartans now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farragut for a Chicago Public Blue North test on Wednesday, September 14. Orr will confront a Admirals team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Collins (Chicago, IL). The Admirals record now stands at 0-2.

The Phoenix (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Dunbar (Chicago, IL). The Mightymen enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Dunbar gained a win over Wells (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.
