North Carolina High School Football - KIPP Pride trounces Rocky Mount Prep

September 9, 2023: Gaston, NC 27832

In Saturday's league match, the host KIPP Pride Pride football squad scored a big 70-6 victory over the Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars.

In their next game, the Pride clash with the Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC) in a Tar Roanoke 1A match, on Friday, September 15. KIPP Pride will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 38-6 league win over Weldon (Weldon, NC).

The Jaguars (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Northampton County (Gaston, NC). The Jaguars enter the Tar Roanoke 1A match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Northampton County routed North Edgecombe (Tarboro, NC), 20-12, in a league match.
