The Heritage Eagles thwarted the visiting Pueblo Central Wildcats football team by a count of 42-21 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Heritage upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles host Overland (Aurora, CO) to encounter the Trailblazers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 16. The Trailblazers go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Overland lost 20-0 in their recent non-league outing against Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO)
With the loss, Pueblo Central moves to 0-1 on the season.
