With the triumph, Pomona improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO) to confront the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 3-0. Fountain-Fort Carson won 22-18 in their recent non-league test against Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO)

With the loss, Loveland drops to 1-1 on the campaign.
