In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Bethel Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 4-0 win over the Westhill Vikings.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Weston (Weston, CT). The Trojans go into the Southwest - Patriot battle with a 0-0 record.
The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Darien (Darien, CT). The Blue Wave go into the Fairfield County battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Darien nipped Norwalk (Norwalk, CT), 8-0, in a league battle.
