The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Genoa Area Comets (Genoa, OH) and the host Edison Chargers (Milan, OH), saw Genoa Area's soccer squad triumph over Edison by a margin of 6-0.
The Comets now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Maumee for a Northern Buckeye test on Thursday, September 14. Genoa Area will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Celina (Celina, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Edison drops to 3-4 on the season. The Chargers host Huron (Huron, OH) to meet the Tigers in a Sandusky Bay - Bay test on Monday, September 11. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-5. Huron lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Elyria (Elyria, OH)
