The Lafayette Generals soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting West Rebels to 1 in the Generals non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Generals face the Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY) in a District 43 contest, on Monday, September 11. Lafayette will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 5-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over South Laurel (London, KY).
The Rebels now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Station Camp for a non-league contest on Sunday, September 10. West will face a Bison team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY). The Bison record now stands at 3-4.
