The Homestead Mustangs topped the visiting Gunn Titans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santa Clara for a test on Tuesday, September 12. Homestead will confront a Bruins team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Presentation (San Jose, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 1-2.
The Titans (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Leland (San Jose, CA). The Chargers enter the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Leland gained a win over Branham (San Jose, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
