Next up, the Wildcats face the Forest Park Rangers (Ferdinand, IN) in a contest, on Saturday, September 30. Mt. Vernon will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

With the loss, Purdue Polytechnic moves to 3-7 on the year. The Techies travel to Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Falcons in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 9. The Falcons go into the contest with a record of 2-3. Perry Meridian lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Center Grove (Greenwood, IN)
