In Saturday's non-league contest, the Bixby Spartans (Bixby, OK) softball team overwhelmed the visiting El Reno Indians (El Reno, OK), by a margin of 12-4.
With the triumph, Bixby moves its record to 14-9 on the year. The Spartans host Mustang (Mustang, OK) to play the Broncos in a non-league contest on Monday, September 11. The Broncos come into the contest with a record of 12-6.
In their next game, the Indians play the Carl Albert Titans (Midwest City, OK) in a 5A District 1 contest, on Tuesday, September 12. El Reno will attempt to move on its 11-15 season record.
