Colorado High School Softball - Fountain-Fort Carson thwarted by Montezuma-Cortez

The Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans softball team (Fountain, CO), was routed 18-7 in Saturday's non-league test with the visiting Montezuma-Cortez Panthers (Cortez, CO)

Coming up next, the Panthers encounter the Durango Demons (Durango, CO) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 12. Montezuma-Cortez will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Demons come into the test with a 1-9 record after their 11-3 league loss to Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO).

The Trojans (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO). The Lancers come into the 5A/4A CSML test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Liberty overcame Skyline (Longmont, CO), 21-6, in a non-league test.
