Colorado High School Softball - Liberty bounces Skyline

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO), by a margin of 21-6.

With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 4-12 on the year. The Lancers host Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO) to play the Trojans in a 5A/4A CSML contest on Tuesday, September 12. The Trojans come into the contest with a record of 3-13. Fountain-Fort Carson lost 18-7 in their recent non-league contest against Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO)

In their next game, the Falcons play the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a 4A Longs Peak contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Skyline will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record.
