Colorado High School Softball - Longmont bounces Skyline

September 9, 2023: Longmont, CO 80501

Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Greeley Central for a 4A NCAA challenge on Tuesday, September 12. Longmont will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Kennedy (Denver, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, Skyline falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO) to battle the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 3-11. Liberty lost 12-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Montrose (Montrose, CO)
