Spectators at Saturday's non-league test between the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA), witnessed Albemarle's volleyball team get by Northside by a score of 2-1.

The Patriots now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Briar Woods for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Albemarle will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Broad Run (Ashburn, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-0.

The Vikings (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Broad Run (Ashburn, VA). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Broad Run was nudged by Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
