The Marlette Red Raiders topped the visiting Almont Raiders volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders now have a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harbor Beach for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Marlette will confront a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ubly (Ubly, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 3-5.
The Raiders (1-2) will now prepare for their test against North Branch (North Branch, MI). The Broncos enter the Blue Water Area test with a 22-1 record. In their last test, North Branch gained a win over Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI), 2-0, in a non-league test.
