The Cardinal Newman Cardinals volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons to 0 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cardinals now possess a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ukiah for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 12. Cardinal Newman will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-2.

The Peregrine Falcons (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks enter the Marin County game with a 14-3 record. In their last game, Tamalpais defeated University (San Francisco, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
