In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Calvary Christian Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Augusta Panthers.
The Cougars (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY). The Mustangs come into the District 37 battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Bishop Brossart defeated Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 9. Augusta will attempt to move on its 1-15 season record. The Demons come into the battle with a 4-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Dayton (Dayton, KY).
