Washington High School Volleyball - Burlington-Edison tips Ferris

Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Ferris Saxons (Spokane, WA), 2-1 in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Tigers face the Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Burlington-Edison will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bayhawks go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Mt. Baker (Deming, WA).

With the loss, Ferris moves to 0-3 on the year. The Saxons host Pullman (Pullman, WA) to face the Greyhounds in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 12. The Greyhounds go into the contest with a record of 2-0. Pullman won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Cheney (Cheney, WA)
