The Burlington Wildcats volleyball team (Burlington, KS), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout with the host Parsons Vikings (Parsons, KS)

With the win, Parsons upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to Field Kindley (Coffeyville, KS) to play the Golden Tornado in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Golden Tornado go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Wildcats now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Prairie View for a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, September 12. Burlington will play a Buffalos squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Midway (Cleveland, MO). The Buffalos record now stands at 7-2.
