The Cranford Cougars topped the host Johnson Crusaders volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cougars now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union Catholic for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Cranford will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Westfield (Westfield, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.

The Crusaders (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Plainfield (Plainfield, NJ). The Cardinals enter the Union County - Valley test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Plainfield was knocked off by Roselle Catholic (Roselle, NJ), 2-0, in a league test.
