The Marengo Indians topped the host Elk Grove Grenadiers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians now have a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnsburg for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Marengo will confront a Skyhawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL). The Skyhawks record now stands at 2-6.
The Grenadiers (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL). The Skyhawks enter the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Johnsburg was knocked off by Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
