The Forest City Indians (Forest City, IA) volleyball overcame the visiting Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks (Waverly, IA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Forest City upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. The Raiders enter the test with a record of 4-5. Dunkerton lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Waterloo Christian (Waterloo, IA)

The Go-Hawks (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Falls (Cedar Falls, IA). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Cedar Falls gained a win over Xavier (Cedar Rapids, IA), 3-1, in a league test.
