The Forest Lake Rangers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mankato West Scarlets to 1 in the Rangers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Rangers now have a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chanhassen for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Forest Lake will meet a Storm team coming off a 3-1 league win over St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN). The Storm record now stands at 2-1.

The Scarlets (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Willmar (Willmar, MN). The Cardinals enter the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Willmar was nudged by Sauk Rapids-Rice (Sauk Rapids, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
