North Carolina High School Volleyball - Trinity Academy tips Hoggard

September 9, 2023: Wilmington, NC 28403

Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Cary Christian Knights (Cary, NC) in a NCISAA 3A Capital City match, on Tuesday, September 12. Trinity Academy will attempt to better on its 13-0 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 6-6 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Grace Christian (Sanford, NC).

With the loss, Hoggard drops to 11-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Ashley (Wilmington, NC) to battle the Screaming Eagle in a Mideastern 3A/4A match on Tuesday, September 12. The Screaming Eagle come into the match with a record of 3-6.
