In Saturday's non-league contest, the Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles (Belden, MS) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Houston Hilltoppers (Houston, MS), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Hatley Tigers (Amory, MS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 9. Tupelo Christian Prep will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 3-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mantachie (Mantachie, MS).

With the loss, Houston moves to 5-8 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Houlka (Houlka, MS) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Monday, September 11.
