The Wayland Wildcats volleyball team (Wayland, MI), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Hudsonville Eagles (Hudsonville, MI)

The Eagles (15-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakewood (Lake Odessa, MI). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Lakewood went down by Lowell (Lowell, MI), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Catholic Central Cougars (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Wayland will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Wayland (Wayland, MI).
