With the win, Lake Mills upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Clarksville (Clarksville, IA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

The Warriors now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Central Springs for a Top of Iowa - East bout on Tuesday, September 12. Rockford will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-4.
