In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Langford Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Marty Indian Braves.
The Lions (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Britton-Hecla went down by Hitchcock-Tulare (Hitchcock, SD), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Braves encounter the Colome Cowboys (Colome, SD) in a B Region 5 battle, on Monday, September 11. Marty Indian will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Cowboys come into the battle with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lyman (Presho, SD).
