The Maranacook Black Bears topped the visiting Lee Academy Pandas volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's league test.
The Black Bears now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gardiner for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 13.
The Pandas (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Machias (Machias, ME). The Bulldogs enter the Class C test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Machias gained a win over Woodland (Baileyville, ME), 3-1, in a league test.
