The Lincoln Christian Crusaders (Lincoln, NE) volleyball tipped the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lincoln Christian upgrades its record to 2-7 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Freeman (Adams, NE) to face the Falcons in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 9. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Freeman won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE)

The Minutemen now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 9. Lexington will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bancroft-Rosalie (Bancroft, NE). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-2.
