The Locust Grove Wildcats volleyball team (Locust Grove, GA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA)

The Mustangs (11-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 8-15 record. In their last challenge, Kennesaw Mountain was dropped by River Ridge (Woodstock, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Locust Grove will attempt to move on its 18-8 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over North Paulding (Dallas, GA).
