The West Harrison Hawkeyes held off the host Logan-Magnolia Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Hawkeyes now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glidden-Ralston for a Rolling Valley test on Thursday, September 14. West Harrison will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 league loss to CAM (Anita, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-1.

The Panthers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Boyer Valley held off Paton-Churdan (Churdan, IA), 3-0, in a league test.
