With the win, Pulaski County upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Maroons travel to Somerset (Somerset, KY) to play the Briar Jumpers in a District 47 bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Briar Jumpers go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Somerset won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY)

The Eagles now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. Madison Southern will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Southwestern (Somerset, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-8.
