The Taft Eagles volleyball team (Chicago, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL)

The Vikings (8-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Giants enter the Central Suburban challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Highland Park defeated Northside (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Westinghouse Warriors (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Super challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Taft will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL).
