Georgia High School Volleyball - Woodward Academy nudged by North Cobb Christian

The Woodward Academy War Eagles volleyball team (College Park, GA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host North Cobb Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA)

The Eagles (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Calhoun (Calhoun, GA). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, Calhoun nipped Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the War Eagles encounter the Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights (Jonesboro, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Woodward Academy will attempt to move on its 10-11 season record. The Royal Knights enter the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA).
