The Northside Rams topped the visiting Paul W. Bryant Stampede volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Rams now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northridge for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Northside will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 13-3.

The Stampede (6-13) will now prepare for their test against West Blocton (West Blocton, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, West Blocton was knocked off by Bibb County (Centreville, AL), 3-1, in a league test.
