In Saturday's non-league contest, the Paola Panthers (Paola, KS) volleyball squad edged the visiting Riverton Rams (Riverton, KS), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Labette County Grizzlies (Altamont, KS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 9. Paola will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Riverton (Riverton, KS).

With the loss, Riverton drops to 8-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Anderson County (Garnett, KS) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 9.
